ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police have arrested a man who was seen on store surveillance exposing his genitals to several women inside a Rochester Hills Meijer on Jan. 2.

David Watkins, 30, of Pontiac, is charged with three counts of indecent exposure. Each count carries a one-year sentence in jail and/or a fine of $1,000.

While at the Rochester Hills Meijer, 3610 Marketplace Circle, three women reported that Watkins exposed his erect penis to them. One woman told police she was with her 3-year-old daughter when the incident happened.

Police were able to locate Watkins and obtained store video of the defendant in various parts of the store exposing himself to women.

Watkins was given a $15,000 cash surety bond with 10%. He's been ordered not to have contact with any of the victims or to go to that Meijer store.

Police also found that he had outstanding warrants for two separate incidents of resisting and obstruction, driving while license is suspended, no operator's license, and license/title/registration violation all out of 50th District Court.

He's next due in court on Feb. 3.
