GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — For those looking for something fun to do in the community, more events are happening before the end of the fall.

Courtney Sheffer, Marketing Director for West Michigan Tourist Association (WMTA), joined Fox 17 live to discuss these events:

First, Crane's Pie Pantry is offering a taste of Fall with fresh pies, cider, and more. Then, across the street at Crane Orchards, customers can stop by for u-pick pumpkins, apples, and the final chance to get lost in the corn maze for the season. Find out more at the Crane Orchards and Crane's Pie Pantry websites.

Next, BattleGR is opening a new location in Grand Rapids. You can engage with all they have to offer, from laser and archery tag to sports courts and more. They even have a healthy snack bar. The grand opening will begin the weekend of November 6, and guests are able to book a two-hour slot at half the cost. BattleGR is also hosting a Trunk or Treat event on October 30, as well as an Adult Costume Party the following day. More information can be found on their website.

Finally, Critter Barn is bringing Halloween fun to the farm. Boo at the Barn runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Halloween, and guests can enjoy decorations, costumes, candy, in addition to visiting the animals. Tickets are $5 per person, family passes are available, and pre-registration is required. Details can be found here.
