MILTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Authorities say a man was injured after crashing his car on Redfield Street near Fir Road in Milton Township, just south of US-12.
Deputies from Cass County Sheriff's Office responded around 1:50 a.m. Saturday morning, finding that a car swerved off the road to avoid deer, hitting a mailbox and a large pile of landscaping rocks.
Kenneth Fox, the 31-year-old driver from Niles, Michigan, was hospitalized with injuries. No word yet on the level of his condition.
A seat belt was worn and alcohol was not a factor in this crash.
