BRANCH COUNTY — Police say a 21-year-old man was arrested after shooting a dog in Branch County.
It happened on Wednesday in Bethel Township.
The man is facing 2 counts of a felony and misdemeanor animal cruelty.
The dog, named Noel, is being cared for by Animal Aid of Branch County.
