ADA, Mich. — One man was admitted into Bronson Hospital last night after suffering being shot during an attempted robbery
Around 3:00 am this morning, a male arrived at Bronson Hospital with a single non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The male reported he had been shot in the 600 block of Ada Street during an attempted robbery. Kalamazoo Public Safety officers responded to the area to investigate.
The victim provided limited suspect information, but said he last saw the male suspect fleeing on foot in an unknown direction from the location.
A canvass for potential witnesses and evidence was completed. This incident is currently being investigated, and an update will be given when more information becomes available.
