LAKE, Mich. — Michigan State Police (MSP) troopers found a firearm whose serial numbers were intentionally altered/removed and methamphetamine inside of a car after conducting a traffic stop.
The driver, 23, was arrested and lodged at Clare County Jail and is awaiting arraignment according to MSP.
