GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Secretary of State branches in the area reopen by appointment on Monday after months of being closed due to the pandemic.
The downtown Grand Rapids location remains closed after being heavily damaged during Saturday night's riot.
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson says appointments can be made up to 180 days in advance.
