Croton man in custody after stabbing death Sunday night

CROTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Newaygo County Sheriff's deputies took 33-year-old Max Carle into custody after a man was stabbed to death Sunday night.

The 64-year-old man died of multiple stab wounds at a home on Maple Street in Croton Township.

Carle is being charged with first-degree. He will be charged as a second-time habitual offender.
