GREENVILLE, Mich. — Two suspects have been arrested in the armed robbery of two businesses in Montcalm County.

The first happened Friday at the Family Dollar in downtown Greenville. Authorities say a man entered with a weapon and took money before running away.

The next happened around 9 a.m. Sunday at the Admiral gas station at 6990 Greenville Rd. in Eureka Township. Authorities say a man wearing a hoodie and sweatpants with a bandana covering his face entered the store with a weapon and took money from the register.

After reviewing surveillance footage, investigators identified a suspect in both incidents and took him into custody on Monday at his home in Greenville. A second suspect in the gas station robbery was also arrested nearby.

The suspects’ names are being withheld pending arraignment, which is expected to happen Tuesday afternoon.
