DETROIT, Mich. — Higher demand has led to a short supply for many everyday products, including hand sanitizer.

Luckily, the Michigan Science Center is here to teach you how to make your own, so that you can stay safe and clean.

The ingredients you will need before joining in are: Aloe Vera gel, Isopropyl Alcohol (91% strength), Lemon Juice or essential oil, and a clean, empty container for storage.

If you are interested in participating, head on over to the Michigan Science Center Facebook page for the special event on Monday, May 11th at 2:30 p.m.
