Lansing man arrested for sexual child abuse

LANSING, Mich. — Michigan State Police say they have arrested and charged a man for child sexual abuse, possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Arthur Leclear, 59, was arraigned on Dec. 1 after being arrested the day before, police say.

Leclear may spend up to 90 years behind bars if convicted of all charges.
