BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — Two General Motors engineers are accused of street-racing Corvette Stingrays in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

According to a police report, Alexander Thim of West Bloomfield and Mark Derkatz from Ontario were arrested. They were allegedly going 100 to 120 mph in a 45-mph zone.

Kentucky state troopers say the men had just left a pool hall and could smell alcohol on their breath.

Both drivers are out on bond. They are facing charges for racing, reckless driving and speeding.
