CRYSTAL TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Troopers responded to a report of a fatal snowmobile crash on Duck Lake near Waterview Way just after 9 p.m. Saturday night.
The snowmobile was driving across the ice when it crashed along the shore of an island on the west side of the lake, according to the Michigan State Police.
The 24-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
