CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after a crash involving a dump truck near Ravenna.
It happened at 8:56 a.m. at the intersection of Gooding Street and 16th Avenue in Chester Township.
Authorities say a woman driving north on 16th Avenue didn’t stop at a stop sign at the intersection and pulled into the path of the dump truck. The truck hit the car, went of the road and rolled over before landing on its wheel.
The truck’s driver wasn’t hurt, but the woman suffered moderate injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
