The Walk For Warmth is an annual event each February that raises money to keep the heat on for families in Ottawa County who have received a utility shut–off notice for gas, electric, water and deliverable fuels like propane and fuel oil.

This year's event is planned for Saturday, February 8 at City On A Hill, 100 S. Pine in Zeeland from 8:30-10 a.m.

The Walk is organized by the Ottawa County Community Action Agency (CAA) and is an open event where all are welcome whether they contribute financially or not.

The agency assists qualified families and individuals throughout Ottawa County through a range of other emergency assistance and housing–related programs as well including food distribution, weatherization, migrant emergency assistance and more.

The agency strives to assist households before it’s too late. 100% of the funds raised stay in Ottawa County.
