HOLLAND, Mich. — The return of the region’s farmers markets offers a sense of normalcy, and the Holland Farmers Market is joining the movement. The market opens May 13.
The market will be open on its usual days, Wednesdays and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., market officials announced in a release.
But there are a few guidelines everyone, customers and vendors, must follow for everyone’s safety.
we do want to be clear that shopping at the Market will look different than it has in year’s past,” said marketing coordinator Kara de Alvare. “Customers should shop as efficiently as possible and treat shopping at the Market as seriously as they would treat shopping at the grocery store.”
While the usual selection of fruits, vegetables, baked goods, and other goods will be available, cut flowers will not.
