HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A driver was taken to the hospital after their vehicle was hit by another car on New Holland St. at 104th Ave.
It happened around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, when an 18-year-old Holland resident in a 2005 Hyundai did not see an eastbound Nissan coming and crashed into it.
The 21-year-old driver of the Nissan, a Zeeland resident, then lost control and overturned into a ditch, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
Both the 18-year-old and a passenger of the Nissan were not injured, but the 21-year-old was taken to the hospital where she is expected to be ok.
While alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash, it is still under investigation.
