CROCKERY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person was injured during a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Ottawa County.
It happened about 3:20 p.m. at Cleveland and M231 in Crockery Township.
A 2011 Honda CRV was driving east on Cleveland and wanted to turn into a business on the north side of the road while a long line of vehicles going westbound were waiting to turn onto SB M231, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver, a 33-year-old man from Grand Haven, was inching through the line of cars waiting to turn, and was hit by a westbound 2014 Nissan Pathfinder being driven by a 45-year-old Rockford woman.
The driver of the Pathfinder was injured and taken to the hospital, where her injuries were deemed survivable.
