MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — Muskegon Heights police have one person in custody in the homicide of Michael Cooper.
In a Facebook post, police said the alleged shooter is facing felony charges for the July 27th Crime.
They say the shooting happened at Peck Street and Summit Street, Monday.
