DALTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Muskegon County Sheriff's Office says they believe a man killed in a crash was having a medical issue when his car left the road Saturday night.

Police say he was wearing a seatbelt, and alcohol does not seem to be the cause of the crash.

The 69 year-old man was driving alone on Holton Road near Old Orchard Lane in Dalton Township. His vehicle left the road, striking a tree and rolling over. Deputies tell FOX 17 the man died of his injuries ate the scene.
