MUSKEGON, Mich. — The City of Muskegon Heights is seeking input as it plans for the future of the downtown area, according to Greater Muskegon Economic Development.

We’re told residents, non-residents, business owners and potential visitors are all welcome to offer input as the City puts its “Reaching New Muskegon Heights” plan together.

Survey kits are available here.

“These survey kits are such an important part of this process, and we hope people will take the time to give us their input,” says Jocelyn Hines, Muskegon Heights resident and Community Foundation for Muskegon County staff member. “We know this community is filled with pride, and now is the time to come forward and tell us what you’d like to see in a new, redeveloped downtown.”

Those interested are also encouraged to put a short video together sharing their ideas. We’re told the deadline to submit videos via text to 231-335-7887 is Sunday, Feb. 28.
