OTSEGO, Mich. — Otsego welcomed a new chief of police Tuesday.
Chief Misner was sworn in by Sheriff Baker Monday.
There will be a welcome reception for Chief Misner Friday, January 17th at City Hall from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
