DORR, Mich — Power was knocked out in Dorr Sunday afternoon when multiple poles and wires fell near 18th Street and 142nd Avenue Sunday.
The outage started just before 1 p.m. Consumers Energy crews are working to restore power to the estimated 200-1,000 customers.
Fire crews have determined a rotted power pole fell and took down wires and another pole. 18th Street north of 142nd is expected to be closed for 6-7 hours while power is restored and the mess cleaned up.
