KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A 23-year-old from Portage is facing charges in connection to a drive-by shooting Thursday night in Kalamazoo.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says it happened in the 800 block of Woodward Avenue after an argument with someone they knew.
The victim told police the suspect left following the argument but then returned a short time later and fired several rounds at the victim's house.
Police from both Portage and Kalamazoo were able to track down the car used in the shooting in the 7100 block of Provence Drive.
A 23-year-old from Portage was arrested in connection to the case.
No names have been released.
