Man, 24, seriously injured in Kalamazoo County crash

ROSS TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 24-year-old man was seriously injured after losing control on a road and hitting multiple trees.

It happened Monday evening around 11:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of North 39th Street in Ross Township.

Deputies with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s office says the driver lost control of his car on a curvy roadway, went off the road and hit multiple trees.

The driver was unconscious when first responders arrived on scene.

Deputies say speed appears to be a factor.
