OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman in Kalamazoo County faces multiple charges after a shooting two days ago.
Jennifer Coelho was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on three counts, including attempted murder.
Investigators say she opened fire on Robert Robinson Monday morning at a home on Coddington Lane near 11th Street in Oshtemo Township.
Robinson was found with a serious wound. He remains hospitalized.
The sheriff's office says Coelho ran from the home before deputies arrived. A K-9 team from Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety tracked her down a short distance from the house.
Along with the attempted murder charge, Coelho faces counts of felonious assault, and felony firearm.
She remains in custody on a $500,000 bond.
