KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Officers are currently investigating reports of a potential shooting in Kalamazoo.
At around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, July, 25, police responded to the multiple calls of an alleged shooting in a residential area of Washington Avenue, near Stockbridge Avenue United Methodist Church and Mill Street Market.
Authorities arrived to the location and found the scene, but found no victim.
A short time later, a 25-year-old Mattawan resident showed up at a local hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, but police have not said whether the two events are related or not.
