KALAMAZOO — Police say they are investigating a shots fired incident in Kalamazoo overnight.
It happened just before 2 a.m. along Maywood Avenue on Thursday.
According to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, officers responded to the area after a report of several shots fired.
A home was struck by gunfire and witnesses say they saw a silver, older model 4-door sedan leaving the scene around the time of the incident.
Police say the people inside the home were not hurt when it was struck.
