BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Hamblin Avenue in Battle Creek, between Kendall Street and Hayes Street, will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Emergecy vehicles will not have access to this area during that timeframe, as the City of Battle Creek is advised that motorists seek alternate routes.
This closure is for repairing a section of the road that was damaged after a water main break that occurredin a hit-and-run accident over the weekend.
The work is expected to be complete by Wednesday at 4 p.m., weather permitting.
