BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Kellogg Community College says it will participate in the state’s tuition-free program for adults that are eligible for it.
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced the Michigan Reconnect program earlier this month.
"We believe Michigan Reconnect will not only help individuals and families pursue their dreams, but it will also help build a strong economy that requires a talented and modern workforce to compete for the jobs of the future," says Dr. Adrien L. Bennings, president of KCC. "KCC has a long history of providing affordable workforce training and transferrable degrees in our service area and the Michigan Reconnect program fits perfectly with our mission as a community college."
The program is designed to help cover tuition costs for adults 25 and over in pursuit of a technical degree or associate’s degree. Click here for more information.
