SPRINGFIELD, Mich. — A man is facing charges after deputies say he made threats and brandished a firearm during an argument.
It happened shortly after midnight Sunday when a deputy heard screams coming from a home on Wyndtree Drive in Springfield.
The deputy ended up finding a group of people in the area and learned that a man had been brandishing a firearm and making threats during an argument.
Deputies say the suspect, a 22-year-old man from Battle Creek, was arrested and a pistol was found.
A second 24-year-old Battle Creek man was arrested on an unrelated warrant.
No names have been released.
