MARSHALL, Mich. — An investigation by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of two men and the discovery that two women were assaulted. Police are asking for anyone with information to come forth, especially if there are more victims.
William Google Jr., 34, and Damon Durden, 34, both from the Battle Creek area, are facing charges of criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping.
The investigation began with allegations where a 28-year-old woman was the victim, but as detectives looked further, they found there was a second victim.
Evidence was gathered through search warrants for an address on W. Dickman Road in Springfield, Mich., and an address on S. 22nd Street in Battle Creek.
