WALKER, Mich. — Walker's new police chief is officially official.
Keith Mankel was sworn in for his new role during a ceremony during Monday night's City Commission meeting.

Joining him were other newly promoted captains and sergeants: Captain Veen, Captain Heugel and Sergeant Powell.
