Prom is a big milestone for high schoolers, and thanks to a group of creative and determined people, the show will go on.
It’s called ATI Virtual Prom. The idea started after the cancellation of the Above the Influence Youth Summit put on by Network 180 and the Kent County Prevention Coalitionfor Kent County 9th through 12th graders.
The virtual prom is actually a highlight of the new free online series for teens they started in place of the summit.
It will be a full on prom experience, from styling to attire, with red carpet porch debuts, a DJ, and more. It will be on May 29 at 6 p.m. on all social media platforms.
