GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich — Drivers are being asked to avoid the area of westbound I-96 at the ramp to the East Beltline due to a crash.
Police are currently working to remove a truck that was hauling a large boat that slid off the roadway and into the embankment.
It happened just before 6 a.m. Wednesday after accumulating snowfall and freezing rain hit West Michigan.
There are no word on injuries or how long it will take crews to remove the truck and boat.
