KENTWOOD, Mich. — Kentwood Police say they are investigating after someone shot a child inside a home.
Police got the call to Minneapolis Dr. at 7:18 p.m. on Sunday. When they arrived, they found a boy shot. Paramedics took him to the hospital, and he is expected to survive.
Investigators say the shooting is being reported as an accident.
They are not looking for any suspects.
