Food and movie pairings for Valentine's Day that are heart-healthy

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grace Derocha, registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and health coach with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan joined us in studio to share some healthy recipe ideas for Valentine’s Day and American Heart Month in February.

For Valentine's Day, you can make Korean Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl and watch‘To All the Boys I Loved Before’. You can also make Grilled Pineapple with Rum Sauce and Frozen Vanilla Yogurt and watch ‘50 First Dates’ to keep the Hawaiian theme going.

Since February is Heart Month, we also got some recipes from Grace that are good for your heart.
