GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police are at the scene of a vehicle crash, after a motorcylist and a car collided on a highway off-ramp.
Thursday evening, a motorcyclist was down on Plainfield Avenue, in the area of the M-44 connecting ramp to I96.
FOX 17 saw that the car appeared to be a Chrysler Pacifica.
Severity of injuries is not yet known, but police confirmed that the motorcyclist was transported to the hospital.
The Grand Rapids Police are being assisted by Michigan State Police in responding to the accident.
Currently, the ramp to enter and exit I96 is still accessible, but police did block off some portions of traffic.
