GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Planning Commission has approved the construction of a new Tommy’s Express Car Wash on Leonard Street.
We’re told the new facility will be built on the former site of an Adobe Mexican restaurant near the intersection of Leonard Street and Fuller Avenue.
