GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Firefighters are responding to a house fire in Grand Rapids Sunday evening.
The fire broke out near the intersection of Bridge Street and Pettibone Avenue.
The Grand Rapids Fire Department (GRFD) says its first engine arrived to find large flames. Firefighters began their attack when the fire reached the attic, prompting a secondary alarm.
We're told firefighters were able to bring the fire under control. No injuries were reported.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
