NILES TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police responded to an armed robbery at the Cash Advance on Bell Road Thursday afternoon.
The suspects had taken off by the time deputies had arrived, according to the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office. They say witnesses provided a description of the suspect: a slim Black male standing at 5’9”, wearing dark-colored pants, a black hoodie and a face covering.
Police say the suspect showcased a weapon and demanded cash, making off with an undisclosed amount.
We’re told the suspect took off in a black SUV traveling west on Bell Road.
The incident is under investigation.
