EDWARDSBURG, Mich. — A gun malfunction incident in Cass County left two injured over the weekend.
It happened about 8:45 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
A police investigation showed a 28-year-old and an 8-year-old were outside a home target practicing when the gun they were using malfunctioned.
Both were injured and transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital.
They were listed in stable condition.
