GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An 18-year-old person has been shot overnight and police haven't found the suspect yet.
Authorities say this happened around 11:15 p.m. Friday night, in downtown Grand Rapids in the area of 710 Monroe Avenue NW by Sixth Street Park.
When officers arrived, they found multiple people gathered and eventually found the 18-year-old victim.
The person has been hospitalized and is fully expected to recover.
