DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The professional women’s golf tour that comes to Grand Rapids every year has been postponed from its scheduled June dates.
The Meijer LPGA Classic presented by Simply Give, scheduled for June 11-14, 2020, will be rescheduled. The LPGA, headquartered in Daytona Beach, told its players the next five events on their schedule have been moved. The LPGA Classic in Grand Rapids has been postponed but has no new date yet.
Here are the latest changes to the LPGA schedule:
- Pelican Women’s Championship presented by Dex Imaging in Belleair, Fla., originally scheduled May 14-17, now Nov. 12-15.
- ShopRite LPGA Classic presented by Acer in Atlantic City, N.J., scheduled May 29-31, now July 31 to Aug. 2.
- Kia Classic, previously postponed in March,now Sept. 24-27 in Carlsbad, Calif.
