KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — Kalamazoo County health officials added on Thursday a COVID-19 vaccine registration form to their website.

Vaccine availability and staffing are still limited and thousands of individuals in the county are now eligible in Phase 1B, a news release said.

As a result, officials are still working on developing vaccination clinics for individuals in that group.

The new registration forms are for both Phase 1A and 1B, but individuals in the latter group will be contacted later.

Those who fill out the form will be contacted based on vaccine availability.
