Meijer expects its stores to be busy because online shopping windows have closed. Meijer Home Delivery and Pickup continues to be extra busy and they're doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible

Despite the pandemic, Meijer discovered shoppers have been spending more money in their stores. Funds that used to be spent on entertainment such as movies or dining out are now being spent in alternate ways.

One surprising trend has been the increased interest in outdoor decorations. Customers have wanted to demonstrate the holiday spirit and are still buying decorations. A Meijer survey of 1,200 shoppers indicated that eight out of 10 people planning to purchase decorations expected to spend as much or more than last year.

For parents looking for gift ideas, these toys are extremely popular and are still in stock:
