WEST MICHIGAN — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Anthony Domol: Look for clouds to thicken up this evening with drizzle and areas of light rain developing mid to late evening. This activity shifts to flurries in the overnight but we are not looking for any appreciable accumulations. Having said that, we could have some slick spots Monday morning with temperatures falling below freezing. Clouds and scattered flurries on Monday morning give way to some breaks for sunshine during the afternoon. Tuesday we look for partly sunny skies before the next system arrives with snow late Tuesday evening. We may pick up a couple inches from around Grand Rapids and northward before a shift to a wintry mix and then rain occurs overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning. Yet another system worth watching appears to be on the docket for Friday. Check back for updates and drive safe this week!

TONIGHT: Clouds thicken this evening. Drizzle or light rain develops and transitions to flurries overnight. Lows in the upper 20s. South winds shift to the northwest late at 10-15 mph, breeziest overnight.

TOMORROW/MONDAY: Flurries or a few light snow showers early. Breezy. Becoming partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 30s. West/northwest winds at 10 to 20 mph, gusting to 25-30 mph at times.

MONDAY NIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy. Lows near 20 degrees. West/northwest winds at 10-15 mph become light overnight.

TUESDAY: Filtered sunshine in the morning. Increasing afternoon cloudiness. Light snow develops late evening. Highs in the upper 20s. Light & variable winds shift to the southeast at 5-10 mph.

WEDNESDAY: A wintry mix transitions to rain during the morning. Breezy. Highs in the middle 30s. South winds shift to the southwest and then west at 10-15 mph.
