Tonight's Forecast: A few showers, mild before a cold front passes

WEST MICHIGAN — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Anthony Domol: Low pressure moving towards us tonight will drag a cold front into the region overnight, with only a few light rain showers ahead of it. Temperatures will be fairly mild overnight, but we expect a cooler day tomorrow as that front pushes through the area. Behind this front, some lake effect rain showers will be possible on Thursday. Cool and below normal temperatures will be with us into early next week.

OVERNIGHT: Mostly cloudy and breezy with a few light showers. Lows in the upper 40s. West winds at 10-20 mph, gusting higher at times.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with scattered light rain showers possible. Cooler with highs in the lower 50s. West-northwest winds at 10 to 20 mph, gusting higher at times.

THURSDAY NIGHT: An evening shower is possible, otherwise decreasing clouds and chilly. Lows in the middle 30s. West winds at 5 to 10 mph.

FRIDAY: Partly cloudy during the morning, but becoming mostly cloudy in the afternoon. Showers will be possible in the afternoon and evening. Highs in the lower 50s. Breezy southwest winds at 10 to 20 mph, gusting higher at times.

SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy. A slight chance for a few light showers. Highs in the lower to middle 50s.
