GRAND RAPIDS — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Ty Shesky: The slow warming trend will continue over the next few days as a ridge of high pressure stays in control of our weather. Humidity levels will remain tolerable until Friday and Saturday when a south flow brings in some more moisture to the area. This could also mean more thunderstorm activity this weekend.

TONIGHT: Clear and comfortable. Lows in the upper 50s to around 60. Near calm wind.

TOMORROW: Sunny and a bit warmer. Humidity levels still remain tolerable. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeast to south winds at 5 to 10 mph.

TOMORROW NIGHT: Clear and warm. Lows in the lower 60s. Light south wind.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny, hot, and more humid. Highs around 90°. Light and variable wind.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny in the morning, followed by increasing clouds. A shower or thundershower is possible toward late afternoon and evening. Highs around 90°.
