GRAND RAPIDS — WEST MICHIGAN – West Michigan will start off Sunday with cloudy skies and calm conditions. Our winter storm has come and gone has we are now in recovery mode still having slick icy roads. Please give yourself extra time and drive safe. Winds will remain very light and calm today as temperatures stay in the 20s. Bundle up!
We have a few minor chances to see some light snow or rain/ snow mix at the start of the work week but we should remain mainly dry and mostly cloudy. Temperatures will warm once again into the 40s by midweek leading to some melting and thawing out after any ice in this recent storm. This will only add concern to our high-water levels and flooding problems. There are many flooding warning around West Michigan we will need to keep an eye on.
Temperatures once again will fall back into the 30s with very breezy winds at the end of the week. We are watching another possibility of some rain/snow mix heading into next weekend that you will need to stay updated on. Stay warm and drive safe!
